Position: Business Development Intern

Our machine learning algorithms are trained on millions of job descriptions and resumes that intelligently understands the contexts of each requirements by going much beyond keyword matching and automates time consuming processes like candidate search & discovery, resume screening & stack ranking and manual emails/calling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Research online to identify new leads and new markets

2. Lead generation using sales tools

3. Create innovative email templates and run email campaigns

4. Find & Attend HRtech, AI/ML conferences and events to promote Hyrelabs.

5. Pitching products and/or services in person by visiting potential customers within the city

6. Achieve sales targets

Educational Eligibility: Preferable MBA/BBA final year

Skills Required:

1. Excellent communications skills.

2. Excel/Google Sheets & Powerpoint/Keynote

3. Google search

4. Basic understanding of technology and AI/ML

Other requirements: Must have an active Linkedin Profile

Past experience in the HR tech or technology sales is a bonus.

Who can apply:

1. Available for a minimum of 6 hr work day. Remote working is acceptable. Should be available to meet the business team in-person for 1-2 times a week.

2. Ready to start Immediately.

3. Available for a minimum of 2 months duration.
