Sciative Solutions - Manager - Enterprise Sales/Business Development (2-8 yrs)

Make a difference: Transform industries with the power of dynamic pricing, enabling them to (a) optimize the utilization of resources (do more with less), (b) democratize products and services across customer segments, (c) create success stories for rest of the industry to follow.

Lead business development and sales of dynamic pricing software products in identified markets in India or overseas territories, to companies in travel, retail, and ecommerce domains. Design value-based sales approach and methodology, product positioning, customer targeting, and be accountable for sales targets.

Responsibilities will include :

- Source and nurture sales leads with targeted relevant brand building material

- Set and deliver on sales targets

- Develop a sales pipeline, and manage the end to end sales process

- Work with internal pre-sales and analytics resources to carry out proof of concept and other value proposition stories

- Develop a deep understanding of the dynamic pricing offerings, align product positioning to the sale methodology

- Identify and nurture strategic partnership with potential business development partners

- Social media sniffing of potential customers to understand their priorities and behaviours of key decision makers

Candidate background :

- Understanding of and experience in sales specific to Knowledge Management, Data and Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Change Management

- Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA preferred, but not necessary) with 4 to 8 years of total industry experience

- 2 to 4 years experience in SaaS business development to clients in India, Europe, SEA, and Americas

- Demonstrated track record of experience and success

- Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively execute in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative

- Prior experience in retail or travel industry is preferred, but not necessary

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
