We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.

- Utilize various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.

- Engage in outbound calls and emails to establish contact with potential clients and qualify leads.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.

- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Having 0 - 3 years of experience in the related field.

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation is preferred.
