School Onboarding/B2B Sales Role - Education (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- The School Onboarding Specialist is responsible for executing B2B sales approach to the clients. The candidate must possess excellent rapport-building skills with the K-12 schools.
- The candidate must have experience in discovering and closing new business opportunities with diligence and confidence.
Roles and Responsibilities :
a) Making a proper sales pitch to the key stakeholders and portraying a strong understanding of educational products and services.
b) Focusing on increasing the revenue and also side by side ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
c) Successfully closing the sales process by completing legal formalities,documentation, and other administrative pieces.
d) Giving extra focus on after-sales services and becoming very careful in identifying the problems and solving them at the earliest.
e) Strong focus on increasing the client base and also retaining the clients.
Qualifications :
a) 2+ years of experience in B2B sales/Institutional sales, preferably in the Education,EdTech sectors.
b) Bachelor's/Master's degree in any business discipline.
c) Fast learner who will quickly become an expert in our educational services, products courses.
d) A strong command in Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
e) Understand the landscape of Education Industry and currents needs of teachers and school leaders.
f) Comprehensive experience in using CRM systems.
g) Excellent Negotiation Skills.

CTC : Rs 240,000 - Rs 360,000 per annum.
Incentive: In order to be eligible for incentives a minimum of 8 schools must be onboarded per month. An incentive pay-out of a minimum of Rs 2000 per school will be provided.
Job Location: Delhi, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Chandigarh.
