Scaler - Associate - Business Development (0-6 yrs)
Role Description :
- As a Business Development Associate, you will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions
- Presenting and pitching our courses to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Must be a graduate from any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Associate or in a similar sales role (preferably in ed-tech)
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with our target group is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
