Role :
Scalenut is looking to hire a Business Development Manager. The person would be a part of the core leadership team of Scalenut and would work directly with the founders. It's an opportunity to build a large global brand for professional services and completely redefine how work is done today.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead end to end development for 1 category
- Own the P&L of the category
- Drive and build the supply pool of the category - identify, vet, and onboard
- Build processes for the smooth running of the operations
- Ensure the quality is top-notch, continuous improvement for quality
- Maintain a healthy gross margin for the category
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven
- Zeel to learn and implement things
- Process creation and management
- Passion for building new businesses
- Experience in a startup is a plus
Education and Experience :
- Tier 1 / 2 college (with or without MBA)
- Background of category management, operations would be a plus
- 1-3 years of experience
