SBI Capital Securities - Area Manager - Channel Sales (5-6 yrs)
a) Lead a team of Channel Managers who would :
- Create quality independent financial advisors / sub-broker / Broker channel
- Recruitment/training of channel partners
- Getting productivity from Channel in trading A/c's, IPO distribution, Bonds distribution, Insurance distribution, Mutual fund distribution and any other products distributed by the company.
- Expanding reach through channel partners
- Effectively execute contests etc. to enhance channel productivity.
- Execute "recognition initiatives "to keep channel gunning for more business.
- Constantly service the channel partners.
b) Responsible for achievement of targets of the Area/Region allocated.
c) SBI Capital Securities - Area Manager - Channel Sales Induction of A category sub brokers and servicing of the same.
