Job description :
- Brand development and management
- Monitor sales targets, optimize spends for better business growth
- Product sourcing & development co-ordination
- Plan product-lines as per trends & festive season
- Coordinate with all the team members for new launches, production, marketing collaterals, and promotions
- Strategize sales promotional activities, influencer marketing, and branding events
- Take care of customer grievances, provide solutions, and co-ordinate with the Customer support team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Acquire new customers for offline customization orders, identify their requirements & provide end to end solutions
- Collaborate with retail stores/ marketplaces/ online aggregators & corporates
- Negotiate terms of business, price, and margins
- Supervise online & offline order's fulfilments, invoice creation, and payment remittances.
- Monitor Digital marketing campaigns, SEO applications & explore different tools to generate revenue and optimize marketing spends
