Her job duties as :

Telecaller job requires fluency in required languages like English, Hindi and should have a good grip on computers. A telecaller job is usually at call centers as marketing agents or customer care agents. Telecalling is an economic and effective method used as a means of distributing information and selling their products and services to their new and old customers. In order to become a successful telecaller or to work in an efficient way, follow some of the tips that are given below.

1.Purpose of call - should have a clear idea before making the call to a person or any organization.

2.Persistent in work - the more persistent the more successful you will be at work.

3.Permission to speak - after the introduction process, must ask the person whether they are willing to spare some of their time to talk to us.

4.Set up an appointment - if the person is busy, and then ask for the right time to call him.

5.Preparation of questions - to gather maximum information from the person, you must prepare a list of questions in priority order.

6.Control talking speed - should speak very fast because the customer cannot fully understand.

7.Closing the call - should finish the call with a thanking note for sparing time.

Telecaller roles and responsibilities include providing service to their customers or solve their queries either by making a call or attending one. Telecaller job profile should have an energetic & outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
