Responsibilities :
- Contact and engage with potential clients (Domestic/International) through consistent follow-up and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and follow-up.
- Act as a bridge between builders and buyers.
- Attend developer meetings and channel partner orientations as needed.
- Participate in negotiation meetings with buyers and builders.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, finance, or relevant B2C industries.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth.
- Engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working on weekends
