Saturn Realcon - Client Relationship Manager (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities
1. Contact and engage with potential clients (Domestic/International) through constant follow-up & meetings.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up.
3. Be a bridge between builders & buyers.
4. No cold calling is required.
5. Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
6. Participate in the Negotiation meeting with the buyer & builder.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, finance, or other relevant B2C industries.
3. Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth.
4. To have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
5. Comfortable working on weekends.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive
