- It's a contract to hire position. Initially part - time ( 20hrs per week).

- We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make follow-up calls with potential consumers and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. This position requires a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential consumers, following up on their inquiries and providing information about our products/services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through regular follow-up calls.

- Understand the needs and requirements of potential customers and offer appropriate solutions.

- Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.

- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activities.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in any field.

- Proven experience as an Tele Caller Executive or a similar role, preferably in a consumer-focused industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experience.

- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.

- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
