Salary: 15k to 20k and more based on target achievement

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients with the goal of selling products.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets by actively promoting and selling our products.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be a graduate.
