Designation : Sr. Executive Marketing

Marketing work includes -

- Execution of BTL activities - EBO, MBO & Distribution

- Vendor Development & Management

- Store Collateral and creative execution for EBO, MBO's, Online Partners and Distribution

- MIS & Data Management

- Coordination with Online Partners and Agencies

Job Expectation:

- A combination of execution and analysis

- Operations & Execution : 70 %

- Post Activity Analysis: 30%

- Promotional Activities and Event Execution Pan India

- For Stores, Malls, MBO, Online Partners and any Socialite event outside the store

- Ensure that all the activities details are cleared and the required checklist is followed

- Timely Coordination with agency (BTL, advertising etc.) or Partners or Vendor involved for execution of the same

- Branding and execution of the event is done as per brand standard

- Stores are informed along with necessary departments before the execution of activity

Vendor Management:

- Evaluating Vendors- Printers for various collaterals and packaging elements, Outdoors, photographers etc

- Collecting information from various vendors on different materials and costing

- Summarizing the information collected with your recommendation

- Negotiate with Vendors on cost

- Coordinate with them for timely delivery as per the material guidelines

- Analysis, and Data Management

- Extracting reports from the MIS and conducting analysis on the same.

- Keeping a check on the data on weekly basis- Walkins, Redemptions etc

- Track marketing expense, maintaining the bills and other necessary information.

- Ensuring in Store collaterals execution pan India

- When the stores of the retail business are either being set up or are operationalized, you would have coordinate with them on streamlining Marketing collaterals

i. Ensuring that time collaterals are placed in the store as per the season launch, promotion and store requirements

ii. Visit Stores to check if the brand standard are being met

- Coordination & Tracking

- Coordinate with Multiple departments within the organizations to procure information and execution of work for events and Campaigns

- Ensure all vendor payments are done on time

- Follow-up with branding agency on job drafts & execution.

- Coordinating with various Partner - Malls, MBO, Online for information, getting approvals, and creative execution.
