Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Sapphire has deep client relationships spanning over 2 decades with various clients ranging from start-ups to large corporations.

Desired Profile:

- Should have experience of leading a team of BDE

- Should be highly involved in client communications for overseas clients

- Experience in managing Social Media leads (LinkedIn Navigator, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook management)

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation skills

- Must have demonstrated track record of meeting revenue and new client acquisition targets over the years

Should have experience in the following :

a. Lead Generation

b. Pre-sales

c. Experience on Bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Truelancer, Guru)

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Responsible to Involve in the full life cycle of Project management, it starts from generating lead through various strategies to analyzing project requirements planning, evaluating, implementing, testing, and closing the project

- Responsible for generating business through bidding portals, cold calling, email marketing, social media marketing

- Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals

- Analyze market trends, recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and balance strategic and tactical issues

- Establish appropriate remuneration levels and performance-based conditions for the business development team

- Responsible for communication with the client and maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing clients

- Coordinating with the project manager and Development Teams
