RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, highlighting how they can meet the needs of potential learners.
- Clearly convey the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our courses and their features.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to offer insights and recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements.
