Job Summary :
Looking for a Sales trainer to coordinate and support our sales team. Your duties include scheduling and overseeing all training programs and identifying training needs. You'll also be responsible for ensuring new employees receive proper training .
Job Description :
- Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
Required Candidate profile :
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, in-person activities & web-based learning
- Solid communication & analytical skills.
