Samvi E-commerce Private Limited works with retailers/distributors/manufacturers to enable their growth in the digital economy. It provides Amazon's multiple products and services to retailers to scale their business.

- As a Sales Executive with Samvi, you will be responsible for launching sellers on Amazon. You would also follow Amazon processes and policies. You would also be responsible for respective sellers and ensure are delivering the expected MFN and Easy Ship launches. You will be reporting into the concerned sales co-ordinator.

- The ideal candidate will have ability to deliver results under time constraints, train in and execute repeatable processes and have good communication skills.


- Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The role will require local travel.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Understand products and services offered by Samvi/Amazon and be able to train the sales and service associates on it.

- Identifying and prioritizing valuable sellers and selection for Samvi services; planning and executing events aimed at gathering seller leads

- Track and monitor performance on a daily basis; scheduling appointments with sellers, unblocking on imaging & cataloguing and guiding them through the initial orders

- Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers being launched in their respective region and ensure that they are getting trained as per our expectation.

- Ensure launching the sellers as per their weekly and monthly targets.

- Responsible for order fulfillment and other performance parameters for all sellers.

- This position is based out of xxx and will require travel to locations for conducting workshops aimed at gathering seller support

Prior Experience and skills:

- More than 1+ years of experience in sales or e-commerce vendor onboarding

- Overall 2+ years of experience required

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

- Passion for e-commerce is required.

- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

- Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
