Business Development Associates/ Sales

The Go Getters who are just embarking on their career path and would love to contribute in making a difference along with kick-starting their careers.

This position requires you to engage with potential clients and partners. You would also be planning and executing campaigns and events to promote SamvadSocial's initiatives.

Desired Qualities

Experience: 0-6 yrs

Confident, Excellent Communicators, Team Players, Management Skills.

Requirements:

- Market research to identify new opportunities.

- Creating new business opportunities.

- Conceive and implement ideas for brand promotion.

- Defining Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets.

- Preparing an action plan to achieve the defined targets.

- Meeting the sales targets defined.

- Promoting/selling our products/offerings to prospective clients.

- Plan for marketing campaigns and events and organize the same.

- Build public relations and represent SamvadSocial in trade shows & seminars.

- Planning and preparing marketing presentations.

- Managing the details of SamvadSocial customers by implementing a robust CRM policy.

- Guide and mentor team members
