Key Deliverables :
- Responsible for identification/tie-ups of business accessible sites
- Exploring different avenues for extending retail presence of Samosa Party stores across diversified locations such as High streets/Malls/Airport/Cloud/Techparks, etc.
- Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of agreement/project
- Responsible for overall project planning and execution.
- Manage compliance via due diligence for all paperwork and requisite documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Post Graduate/Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing
- 5- 8years in Retails/QSR with atleast 2-3years in property acquisition/retail development
- Ability to manage different project portfolio simultaneously and can work under pressure
- Good connect with Real Estate Developers, Retailers, Mall Management
- Presentable personality
