Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing aggressive coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for the cohort.
- Determining training needs by communicating with team members
- Monitor candidate's activeness and skill level.
- Coordinate individually and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths/ weaknesses and share timely feedback
Qualifications And Skills :
- Experience as a trainer with Ed-Tech companies only
- 2-5 years experience in sales
- Team handling experience is a plus
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent coaching skills
- Familiar with performance management methods
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
