Responsibilities

- Devise & Drive the Brand Strategy ensuring excellence in execution and delivery against Brand KPIs.

- Create & Enhance influencer relationship that drives them to deliver exceptional performance with a ROI-driven mindset.

- Formulate the Annual Branding & Marketing Calendar based on the Brand Targets for Online and Offline Channels.

- Enhance Brand Photoshoots, Campaigns, social media to improve the Value Proposition of the Brand.

- Ensure timely launch of Brand Shoots & Campaigns in accordance with the Brand Calendar.

- Devise a Strategy for Offline Retail, PR, Campaigns, social media, Influencer Marketing to enhance the Brand Image and Ensure Consistent & Elevated Brand Positioning.

- Draft strong marketing briefs & lead the process of agency briefings, creative development, activation roll-out for all photoshoots & campaigns based on the business objectives.

- Implement integrated marketing plans and strategies for Offline Retail & Online presence, in sync with business plans, and business targets, annual marketing calendar, drive brand campaigns and product launches along with all stakeholders.

- Drive Engagements & Cross Promotions to enhance the Brand Positioning.

- Create and enhance influencer relationships that drives them to deliver exceptional performance with a ROI-driven mindset.

- Ensure consistent and elevated brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.

- Focus on delivering the brand strategy in a relevant and meaningful way, enhancing the brand image, position and reputation amongst consumers, in accordance with brand guidelines, design formats and marketing principles.

- Ensure timely planning & leadership alignment of brand & product campaigns followed by on-time reporting aligned with internal processes and expectations.

- Provide a clear vision and direction to indirect teams with relevant objectives and KPIs.

- Provide a suitable performance framework for direct reports by setting performance targets and coaching for continuous improvement.
