SalezShark - Senior Executive - Corporate Sales (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:


- The position holder is expected to drive business growth individually by generating revenue. Expanding growth opportunities through new business & developing cordial long-lasting relationships with customers.

- Prospecting and lead generation with new and potential clients primarily SMBs to large brands/big corporates.

- Must have experience in generating leads from multiple resources.

- Have targeted Gold Collar hierarchy within the company.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements.

- Drafting proposals and contract negotiation.

- Competitor analysis and market research.

- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM.

- Must have worked in a target-based environment.

- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure.

- Ensuring client satisfaction at all levels and providing inputs that will help enhance return on investment for our new found clients.

- Maximizing sales revenue by up-selling & cross-selling.

Designation: Senior Executive - Corporate Sales

Reporting: The position will be directly reporting to the Sales Head.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales/IT Sales/SaaS Sales is preferred.

Required Candidate profile:

Knowledge:

- Prior knowledge of selling SaaS-based products is essential.

- Go-getter attitude with a strong passion for Sales.

- Exceptional Communication skills - Written & Verbal.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Outstanding Negotiation Skills.

- Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.

Attitude & Behaviour:

- Ability to work independently with big/emerging and established brands.

- High-level comfort in a fast-paced STARTUP environment.

- Self-oriented and highly motivated sales driven attitude.

- Ability to wear multiple hats- sales/service/retention.
