We are looking for outcome-driven, assured self-starters, who can align and drive B2B lead generation goals as Inside Sales Managers. The position will be based in Bangalore or Mumbai.

The Role :

Your job will require you to work closely with sales and marketing to drive your objectives. Your responsibilities include :

- Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization. Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.

- Pitch our products and solutions to our core target group, through calls and outbound campaigns. Effectively showcase how we can fulfill the learning needs of an organization.

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Maintain and expand reach within the database of prospects within the assigned territory.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

- Be responsible for the pipeline from prospecting to closure, or transition to sales as required for further development and closure.

- Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.

- Be the voice of the customer and share insights as relevant with product development teams.

- Track and report your performance data to key stakeholders on a periodic basis


This will be measured against plan weekly, monthly, quarterly on the following parameters :


1. Number of meeting connects for sales


2. Invitees generated for Marketing sponsored webinars


3. Seats sold or filled in open workshops conducted from time to time


Candidate Profile :

- Graduate with 4+ years of work experience in B2B sales, inside sales or business development for SAAS based products. Conversant in dealing with senior management

- Proven track record of performance

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills

- Some experience in using Lead management and CRM tools

- Start-up acumen - Need to be proactive and result oriented. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is a must.
