1. To achieve his/her annual quota of Revenue & GP for the Region that they- re responsible.

2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

4. Work with Account Management Team to build the business in their set of Accounts.

5. Work with Google Team to do the deal registration and get the Preferential pricing.

6. Responsible to create RFP's with customer and sell our products, solutions & Services.

7. Have monthly Reviews with Google AM & PDM team on Business Development & New initiatives.

8. Promote Google products & Solutions internally to sales team to achieve the set revenue & GP targets.

9. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & Gross Profits.

10. Get involed in customer POC's and making sure we meet the success criterias.

11. Planning and executing new marketing initiatives to build the Business.

12. Upsell & Cross sell in our existing Accounts.

13. Identify new accounts to promote the Google products & Solutions.

14. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

15.Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

16. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
