Job overview:

We are looking to hire an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join the SalesBlink team. The ideal candidate would be a quick learner with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and qualify new sales leads

2. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

4. Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

5. Track all sales activities in company sales system (like CRM) and keep current by updating account information regularly

6. Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

7. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

8. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. Meet and/or exceed sales goals

9. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

2. At Least 2 years of sales experience

3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

4. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office

6. Should be tech savvy, comfortable with using various applications/softwares

7. Working knowledge of CRM systems

8. Excellent interpersonal skills

9. Strong verbal and written communication skills
