Role : Training Specialist

Responsibilities :

- Customer education on optimal product usage (in Sandbox and Production environments) with focus on its key features in order to facilitate quicker value realization and accelerate time-to- value

- Provide initial training on the use of Sandbox and Product, their workflows and content

- Gather feedback on system usability including features, workflows and content

- Aptly, intervene on system usability issues in order to decrease the time spent on product related to usability and accessibility and ease the customers into using the new product

- Provide ongoing training utilizing online training or on-demand videos as needed

- Provide scheduled training related to any significant product content changes that may arise from addition of new features and upsells

- Assist in the development of training walkthrough videos and materials for users and patients

- Timely communicate feedback related to workflows and content to the Clinical Content and Design teams

Required skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with empathy, excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, excellent documentation skills

- Education - Bachelor's degree

- 2 - 5 years work experience in implementation/ training roles
