Sales Training Leader - Modern Trade - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Overall Job Objective: STL - MR is responsible for achieving & creating in store Product visibility and winning inside the store with the help of his team. STL is responsible for ensuring excellent product presence in stores (by driving RPS of visibility, shelving &Display execution) according to company objectives/ plans.
Education: Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred).
Experience: At least 5 years of work experience, Sales & 2-3 Year as Team Leader
Language: English & Fluency in local language
Computer MS office & advance Excel knowable must
