Sales Trainer - Travel Industry (2-5 yrs)

- As a Sales Trainer, you- ll help define and scale growth initiatives using training rigor, business acumen, and a drive for impact. If you wish to step-up from your sales training role to analyzing and designing curricula and you have strong technical skills - let's get talking!

Our Clinet operates at the intersection of travel, technology and alternative lending. Founded by luminaries from the finance and travel industry, Our client is a one-of-its-kind startup that provides point-of-sale financing for consumer travel. The consumer travel segment is a $40+ Billion market that is underfinanced relative to other key consumer verticals. Company is rapidly scaling, and yet is still early enough for the right candidate to make their mark in a fundamental way on the company

We expect you to be-

- Designing and delivering training courses which incorporate our product, process and sales process to our travel partners and their agents.

- Conducting employee and partner training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning and virtual learning Creating an engaging learner experience in each training class with various training strategies .

- Working with key partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.

- Providing content and class feedback to course developers to raise bar on curriculum quality Reporting on the impact of trainings programs (e.g. sales achieved)

- Have BEYOND EXCELLENT communication skills

- Should be young and presentable (in tandem with the culture of a young start-up)

- Should be willing to travel

- Should have good liaising skills to manage travel partners well and get sales from them after training

You are the one we are looking for if :

- You are willing to get your hands dirty to - get things done- You have proven killer written and verbal communication and influencing skills You have the confidence to establish credibility with the sales team. You possess strong liaising skills.


- You have excellent facilitation skills and are able to do one-on-one coaching as needed. You thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can take your career to the next level in the growing field of Travel FinTech! You are self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work both independently and on a team. You have 2-3 years of sales training experience
