Sales Trainer - Telecom (3-10 yrs)
- We are seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and possess excellent communication skills. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and providing on-the-job coaching on telecom products and sales processes.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare training calendars and obtain business sign-offs
- Conduct sales training sessions and on-the-job coaching
- Ensure high-quality training delivery and evaluate its impact
- Provide feedback and support to trainees
- Attend zonal reviews and present reports
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and reporting requirements
Skills Required :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in enterprise sales training in the telecom industry preferred
- Experience with broadband sales is a plus
