Sales Trainer - Retail (4-6 yrs)
Job Opportunity : Sales Trainer
Job Location : Chennai | Coimbatore
CTC : 4 - 6 Lacs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting induction and onboarding programs
- Assessing training needs and developing targeted programs
- Monitoring training effectiveness and implementing improvements
- Applying best practices to enhance sales skills across multiple channels
- Delivering engaging eLearning modules
- Coordinating closely with the central team for seamless integration
Desired Qualifications :
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-6+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and 2 years in training
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Travel Requirements :
- Travel availability of 12-15 days a month is required to various locations as part of the training responsibilities.
