Sales Trainer - Oil & Gas/Power (4-8 yrs)
- Impeccable delivery of the standardized Training Modules of the company covering Sales Training
- Taking Joint Field Visits for OJTs along with Sales Team, Technicians Team, & Credit Team
- Maintaining proper records of Participants Attendance, Feedbacks, Test Scores etc.
- Capturing Business Data to track the Training effectiveness on weekly basis.
- Preparing Training Calendars aligned with the requirements of Branch Calendars.
- Contributing to the continuous TNA as well as Content Upgradation & standardization.
- Providing Training Productivity Reports on Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Basis.
- Conducting TNA/TNI for Sales Team.
- Conducting refresher trainings.
- Providing OJT (On job Training) to targeted population.
- Should have good skills in google sheet, Google Forms, PowerPoint and Excel
- Should have good communication skills. Rural training background
- Working closely with the Area Business heads to promote business and enable performance.
