Sales Trainer - IT (10-19 yrs)
Training Delivery :
- Deliver the onboarding of all sales employees including US sales team as well.
- Deliver product trainings
- Deliver sales and solution-based trainings
- Conduct ILT and virtual sessions for need based interventions
Content Creation :
- Will be responsible to for the creation of sales training material
- Will be responsible for keeping all the content updated
- Will be responsible to update and create sales playbooks
- Will be responsible to create sales skills and professional skills content for sales team
Training Management :
- Will be responsible for managing the entire sales bootcamp
- Will be responsible for maintaining the reports of all sales training including bootcamp
- Will be responsible to coordinate with relevant stakeholders for certification alignment
Skill Sets Required :
- Strong communication skills
- Good with Microsoft office tools
- Should have experience of product training and sales training in past
- Should be strong with stakeholder management
- Good with project management skills
