Sales Trainer - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
Job Description : Trainer Profile
- Need to handle a team for progressive results
- Proficient in English/Hindi
- Sales Content/Script Development that is specific to the business requirements
- Experience in Sales, Insurance, Customer Service, BSFI, & E-commerce
- Good at content delivery in English/Hindi
- Highly Energetic and willing to take ownership
- Should be able to manage new joinees
- Good knowledge of Pareto, BQM etc
Eligibility Criteria :
1) Good command over English
2) Process & product awareness
3) Industry & Domain Knowledge
4) MS Power Point, MS Excel, Word & Outlook
5) HSC Mandatory
