Job Description :

- Key role of the candidate is to provide professional and timely trainings to Internal team and channel partners.

- To conduct trainings for internal sales staff.

- To conduct trainings for OEMs, dealers, franchisees and other customers

- To ensure adherence to the allocated training calendar

- To maintain accurate training records and statistics

- To support Reporting Manager with training initiatives

- To have a strategic approach to contribute towards training enhancement.

- To conduct product training for OEMs, dealers, franchisees and other customers as per training calendar

- To ensure training reports are sent to Reporting Manager after every training session

- Conduct periodic training need analysis and knowledge checks to understand gaps

- To prepare competition analysis and market visit report and submit it to Reporting Manager on monthly basis.

- To maintain accurate personal training records and statistics like Training Conducted, Products covered in the training,

- Type of Trainings, Pending Trainings.
