Role & Responsibilities :

To drive all training activities/workshops in the region for all operations execution roles across BB Daily and BB Instant of Big Basket for your region

1. Conduct training programs (process and soft skills) for G2 employees.

2. Conduct Training for G1 employees as and when required

3. Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training

4. Prepare weekly/ monthly training calendar

5. Ensure training data is maintained for all training activities

6. Customize training content as per regional needs

7. Monitor field performance using on the job training (OJT)

8. Coordinate all training activities given to him

9. Maintain training assets given to him.

10. Suggest suitable modifications to the training content to the corporate training team as and when appropriate

11. Plan the training programs (and training calendars) in complete synch with the operations teams for both new joiners as well as existing associates (refreshers) er training assets) on time and manage them optimally

12. Work closely with regional Head to ensure all training needs are met.
