SALES TRAINER

Job Description : 

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to develop training courses for our sales team. As a Sales Trainer, you are responsible to collaborate with the sales staff and identify issues the employees are facing. You will also be responsible for maximizing their effectiveness through these training programs. Your role includes creating the learning material, monitoring performance after each session and making recommendations for improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

1. Training new hires (classroom training) according to the training plan

2. Taking responsibility for the first week first sale of the trained candidates

3. Doing call audits, attending buddy-ups, content creation as a part of non-batch activities

4. Working closely with the sales managers and understand the training requirements of the assigned Business unit and address the same.

5. One to one for the candidates who are facing challenges in reaching sales targets

6. Taking refresher training session every fourth day to the assigned BU on the updates related to product, process and sales

7. Involving in different projects as per the BU requirements

8. Deliver customized training sessions for every individual

9. Taking initiative on different training projects which helps assigned BU to perform better

10. being a team player to support different initiatives in training as per the immediate business requirements

Note :

1. Min 2yrs Experience from Ed Tech company ( Its Mandatory )

2. Min 1yrs Training Exp

3. Immediate joining

4. Work Location - Hyderabad ( Its work from Office)
