Sales Trainer - Education/Aviation (10-15 yrs)
- We are actively looking for a Sales Trainer for our leading Client in the Education/Aviation Sector based out in Gurugram.
Job Responsibilities :
- Must have minimum 2-3 years of Sales Experience
- Must have experience of Hard Core Sales Training And Sales Coaching
- Have worked on Regional/National role in Training
- Have exposure in Induction training
- Have exposure to develop individual's results by providing coaching , conducting training sessions etc
- Have exposure in developing Sales policy, procedure, training manuals
- Have exposure to Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
- Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation, preparing daily reports and different training tools.
- Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Education : Graduate
- Work Experience 10 years - 15 Years ( In medium and big organizations)
IT Knowledge/Other Competencies :
- Basic Computer Knowledge
