Sales Trainer - Education (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for Sales trainer to an edtech company across different locations as mentioned below
Exp: At least 2 years of Exp in Sales training
Designation: Sales Trainer
Working days: 6 days of working and Tuesday is week off
Location : Hyderabad
Required skills
1. candidate should has atleast 1-2 years of experience in sales training. Prior to sales training, experience in sales will be added more advantageous
2. Should posses excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language
3. Empathy: Understand the different learning needs & pace of candidates.
4. Impart training to achieve desired result
5. Ability to change according to business requirements
6. Demonstrate a positive, - can-do- attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done. Do field visits with trainees for practical training
7. Data-driven: Keen interest in analyzing performance data and transforming it into actionable strategies
