Sales Trainer - Education (2-6 yrs)
1. As an individual contributor, incumbent will deliver variety of Sales training programs in online mode/classroom mode/on-the-Job (for e.g. - Sales pitch, Negotiation skill, Consultative sellingetc). Covering skills, competencies & etiquettes required for sales.
2. Work closely with sales team, observe sales encounters to identify challenges they face on-the-job, conduct skills gap analyses for sales team and offer training solutions to increase productivity.
3. Conduct new hire training and certification process.
4. Conduct refresher training workshops for the targeted audience in line with the branch needs.
5. Identify and mentorsales executives who should go through special training/focused sessions both in regards to concept understanding or practical execution on the ground; thus facilitating desired objectives from them.
6. Develop and facilitate knowledge checks/online assessments on monthly basis.
7. Stay abreast with latest industry changes, understand learning gaps &develop required training content.
1. 3 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer. Preferably having sales experience.
2. Post-Graduate in any discipline (Preferably full time MBA)
3. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and has enterprising style of work.
4. Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in content creation (ppt& video based) using tools like Camtesia, Canvaand other content development tools.
7. Exposure on Learning Management System would be an added advantage.
