- Enhance learning experience and also be able to come up technology-based training
- Has handled training for Sales/Telemarketing business in BPO/Call Center
- Manage facilitators for learning programs
- Work closely during program delivery to improve on-boarding experience and improve learning curve
Qualification : Graduates
- Excellent Communication skills
- Candidates should be from Sales background
- Hands on with MS Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Should have good experience in the relevant role
