Sales Trainer (4-8 yrs)

We are hiring for a company that specializes in delivering products and services in Wellness.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.

- Analyze daily needs for training in sales teams.

- Coach and train sales representatives on Opening, closing, objection handling techniques.

- Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales processes, develop individual coaching plans, and provide resources and assistance.

- Develop and execute training programs and materials required within time and on a budget (physical and online).

- Coordinate Individuals and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.

- Monitor Sales objectives and results

- Collect feedback from trainees and managers to improve training programs

- Align training needs with Sales objectives and results

- Report on impact of training programs

- Stay up-to-date with latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment (Remote and Physical).

- Generate results and measure performance of sales team after each session

Ideal Candidate :

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role

- Experience in a sales position is a plus

- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning

- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms

- Excellent organizational skills

- Solid communication and presentation abilities

- BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
