Sales Trainer (3-6 yrs)

Job Description

The duties of the Sales Trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training and re-training programs for the sales members. The training and testing components shall be developed and deployed for new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals through all our branch locations.

Job Responsibilities : 

1. Preparing new Sales Executives by conducting extensive training on our services, sales processes, work etiquettes and coaching on sales skills.

2. Developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, scheduling orientation and development to independent sales executives with adequate subject and system knowledge.

3. Determine training needs by listening to sales representatives' calls, observing sales encounters, studying sales-results reports; conferring with sales managers and team heads.

4. Develop educational-fun-programs and upgrade job knowledge of sales executives by making them participate in such programs, maintain positive work-culture and progressive work- atmosphere at all platforms of our organizations.

5. Track productivity, output and employee performance post training based on their KRAs.

6. Contribute through people development to achieve periodical sales goals and the success of the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education- Any Graduate

1. Demonstrated great passion in learning and development in a sales environment.

2. Well developed communication skills; both oral and written

3. High level interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels Ability to guide, gain trust and positively influence trainees

4. Adhere to core values and establish them at all times with a great level of patience

5. Ability to contribute into the sales plans through team coaching and team development

6. Functional IT skills

1. Sound learning, training coaching skills

2. Minimum 3 years experience in sales training
