Sales Trainee - Building Material (0-1 yrs)
Excellent job opportunity for the position of Sales Trainee!!
This is with one of our clients located at Baner, Pune and Navi Mumbai.
- We are looking for freshers who have completed minimum 12th STD.
- Candidates should be sales oriented and should be interested in working in sales.
- The candidate will be hired as a Sales trainee and will be given classroom and on the job training.
-For the 1st 3 months of classroom training, they will get a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month + conveyance allowance.
- From 4th to 8th month they will get a stipend of Rs. 10000 + Conveyance allowance + very attractive incentives.
- From 9th to 12th month they will get a stipend Rs.12,500 + Conveyance allowance + very attractive incentives.
- Appraisal will be conducted after 1 year and salary will be between Rs. 20 to 25 thousand depending upon performance.
Course details:
- 1.5 hours per day for 5 days a week for 3 months + On The Job Training (OJT) from day one. OJT will be till month 12.
- Govt. Certified Certificate in Advanced Sales Management and Finishing Skills will be conferred upon successful completion of the course.
- All Classroom Training will be conducted in Pune.
- Candidate must have a 2 wheeler.
