Sales Support Specialist (5-7 yrs)

The sales support specialist not only provides operational support but acts as an effective conduit between sales, marketing and operations teams for driving initiatives and programs in market. This role plays a critical role in coordinating activities and driving interventions in the sales team - including effective use of digital solutions, supporting local analytics and insights based on the MI eco-system and supporting local interventions and programs planned by sales - allowing the sales team to focus on core sales activities.

- Support the B2B sales leadership in market in driving key interventions

- Co-ordinate activities with sales, marketing and customer excellence and operations to ensure effective deployment of programs in market

- Drive effective use of digital enablers in place for sales teams and channel partners

- Work with the sales team to identify gaps and opportunities across the market/channel and support internal communication and co-ordination of the response

- Offer management for all B2B customers and tacking of offers against plan.

- Drives continuous improvement initiatives in the sales teams in WOW

- Drives the customer master data hygiene in the market/channel

- Leverage the MI infrastructure to generate insights for the market/channel. Key ones being GMMI and OEMMI.

- Trade Loan Management for all channels - Ensure TLs are cleared on time and the performance is tracked

- Support local sales development interventions/projects

- Drive standardization and adherence to sales policies in Market
