Sales Support Role (3-7 yrs)
(SAP & Communication skills are must)
Specific Responsibilities :
Department Related :
- Sales Support Functions for all divisions (knitting, sewing, tufting, weaving,) :
- Preparation of offers & PI
- Debit Notes/Credit Notes
- Responding to customer calls/queries
- Creation/updating of customer master data
- Updating price master data / follow-up with GBKG for price updation in system.
- Release of purchase order against customer orders.
- Preparing/receiving couriers etc.
- Processing of orders from customers/dealers.
- Processing of orders thru bonded warehouse :
- Preparation of offers & PI from BWH
- Processing of orders & releasing PO to GBKG
- Documentation for clearance of shipments
- GR & Invoicing for BWH shipments
- Follow up with clearing agent for clearance / dispatch of material.
- Arranging for transit forms wherever required
- Acting as back-up for Warehouse in-charge.
Coordination :
- Coordination between sales team, dealers and customers on order/delivery status.
- Coordinating with colleagues at GBKG (Germany) for delivery of goods.
General Responsibilities :
- Administration (Man Management)
- To attend to visitors in office
