Sales Support Officer - Chemical Product (2-5 yrs)

Keep updates on payment collection of customers, follow-up for payment recovery, coordination payment related things with other department.
- Attend inquiries from customers; provide the information and preparation of offer prices/quotations.
- Day to day coordination with customers PI Preparation, PO Execution, Plant coordination, Fixation of delivery schedule, follow up for dispatch, delivery, documentation related to SCM and feedback from customer.
- Attend to the customer complaints and coordination with QC department for CAPA.
- Preparation of Delivery instruction and coordination with plant accordingly.
- Collect info for ERP entries of customers and for the preparation of Delivery Instructions.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and other sales reports.
- Preparation of multiple reports as per the requirement for internal reviews and presentations
- Analysis of Plan vs. Actual Sales report.
- Preparation of presentation for review
