Sales Support - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
The role is expected to deliver on the following broad responsibilities:
Key deliverables:
a. Strong knowledge of all operations process for Ecommerce & Modern trade functions
b. PO verification & acknowledgement from partners
c. Partner WH slotting confirmation
d. Liaising with internal & external Operation teams for better & smoother productivity
e. End to end WH operation management from slotting to delivery of SKU- s
f. GRN reconciliation
g. Tracking & enhancing partner fill rate & approve necessary RO- s
h. Daily / Weekly MIS sharing
i. Forecast preparation & stock transfer for the concerned functions.
j. Current & new stocks to be managed.
Desired Background - 1-3 years of exprience in Ecommerce & Modern Trade sales support function
Preferred Industry - Consumer Durable, Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Electronic & Electricals.
