Job Summary
- Responsible for backend operations supporting the Sales team.
- Dashboard - Online chats, responding to Chats queries on the internet
- Customer Visiting and managing call log sheets & tour sheet
- Zoho CRM - Generating leads - Client details capturing and sharing with the larger team
- Online listing one-time listing
- Checking call log & tour sheets of all the center
- Inventory Management - visiting cards & letterheads ordering for all the centers
Responsibilities and Duties
- Have to support the marketing executive team members in running day to day operations
- Support the Marketing Manager in generating leads to capture clients
- Managing and updating sheets for calls received regarding queries and listings
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing & Sales from a reputed institute/College
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be a self-learner and willing to take up challenges
- Ready to stretch and flexible in times
- Tech Savy and quick learner
