Main Job Purpose :
- Is responsible & accountable for a channel in a particular region. Is the single point of contact - and responsible for the implementation of Channel plans and priorities.
- Receives the plan for said region from the planning and development sales supervisor and implements the same.
- Ensures achievement of value and volume targets through team and individual salesmen efforts.
- Sets targets for NPS, volume distribution, innovation, visibility, etc. by salesmen.
- Responsible for delivering growth, target achievement, development of team etc.
Key Accountabilities :
- Achieve targets for the channel / Region.
- Deliver goals - coverage and distribution plans.
- Meet Volume and value share growth plans.
- Lead perfect store and innovation plan roll out.
- Annual BDA finalisation with top customers.
- Team coaching and development.
